Jon D. Polley, Member 

Mr. Polley has been with the firm since June 2007 and 
became a Member in 2014. Mr. Polley currently serves as the Managing Member of the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Polley practiced construction litigation with a boutique Houston firm. Currently, Mr. Polley serves as general counsel, bond counsel and special counsel to various types of special districts and water utilities including municipal utility districts, special utility districts, water supply corporations and private utilities. Mr. Polley's responsibilities also relate to the creation, financing, development, and operation of those entities. In addition, Mr. Polley has overseen the firm's monitoring of the Texas Legislature and preparation of the firm's Legislative Update memorandum for each legislative session since 2009.
